Direct Delivery Service

It is the policy of MarconiDigital to deliver all large screen TV's through our own delivery service. This is by far the safest and damage free way to have your valuable purchase delivered in one piece and on time every time. Experience shows that to entrust your TV delivery with national UK carriers is in itself a huge gamble.

We deliver direct to your door and find the time for you if required to inspect the product before signing. With this direct delivery service we always have our customers best interests in mind, and because we do not use third party carriers we are able to be totally flexible when following customers delivery instructions.

As you can appreciate a direct service from our suppliers' assembly plants means our delivery costs are higher than if we were to use a national carrier. However all delivery costs have been included in the price of each listed product, and we hope you understand it is much better to have your goods delivered in one piece and on time within five working days Monday to Friday (stock permitting) than it is to have them delivered next day at any time when you the customer are at work (and even if there was to be someone in, it would probably not turn up that day or be damaged). We can assure all customers that such fragile high-value brittle-in-nature products are best delivered by the people who know how to handle them.

Saturday and Evening deliveries are available on request at surcharges to be agreed, the delivery service excludes unfortunately Scottish Highlands and Islands, and is available to the UK mainland only. We cannot deliver to IOW, IOM, Ireland or Northern Ireland. Our sales staff note any specific unusual delivery request and upon taking the order the Operations Manager will call and arrange a convenient delivery time. This service is for the benefit of all our customers and we are always aiming for the very highest standards, not just on delivery but throughout the process of purchasing through Marconi Digital.
